1. The service

Zirto AI is a digital presence platform providing website generation, SEO tooling, monitoring, CRM and AI agent features. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans, tokens and payments

Paid plans and AI token packs are billed in advance. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated content (websites, texts, tasks, recommendations) is produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or acting on them.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the settings screen.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Warsaw, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
